Flawless accepts bookings within one year of the date of your event. It is best to submit an inquiry as soon as you pick your date as bookings fill up quickly!

Yes. Flawless travels free-of-charge within a 30-mile radius of Canton, NC. Beyond this area, there is a small travel fee which is listed on the pricing sheet you will receive upon inquiry.

Yes. Flawless has a team of trained professionals to accommodate any size wedding party. The amount of artists needed for your event is determined upon booking.

Yes. Due to high demand, we require that a certain number of clients receive services in order to book an event. This number is based on the season and team availability; more details are provided when you submit an inquiry.

To request your date, send an email inquiry on our “Get In Touch” page. We’ll respond to let you know if your date is available for booking. If your date is available, we’ll work together on the initial details, which include a contract and a retainer. Once the contract and retainer are received, you’re officially booked! 

Unfortunately we are not able to refund retainers. Once your retainer is received, your date is officially booked and therefore unavailable to other clients. Due to the possibility that we may not be able to re-book the date, your retainer covers any initial expenses that would otherwise go uncovered.

Remaining balances are due at-least 30 days prior to your event date.
