My name is Brittney, and I’m the owner / founder here at Flawless. These North Carolina mountains are where my husband, daughter, english setters and myself call home. The road to becoming the most sought after airbrush makeup and hair design team here in WNC has been both an exciting and enlightening one. My passion for all things beauty came during my time as Miss NC International 2011 and through personal experiences with professional artists. Being able to be on the other side of the “chair” gave me an invaluable glimpse in to the details of makeup artistry and hair design. From these experiences, I became inspired to change things about the industry that I found flawed…and instead make them flawless. Creating customized looks for women has shown me that beauty is not just skin deep, and self confidence is a multi-faceted issue for ladies everywhere. Having your hair and makeup done is more meaningful than just a having a pretty face, it’s creating connections with women that will support you when you’re not able to go on alone. As I put my team of professionals together, I decided to choose women who are empowering, talented and exude helpfulness. AMBER
Amber is a native of Asheville, North Carolina not only does she love the Carolinas but she also enjoys exploring internationally. Her attention to detail led her into her career as a Dental Assistant. With many years of experience in the beauty industry her passion for all things beauty led her to pursue her desire to make each person she works with feel like a queen! Amber has a unique way of combining her career skills with the art of makeup that's sure to bring a smile to your face!
AMERON
Ameron is a native of Weaverville, North Carolina and has a longtime love for the mountains. With 6+ years of experience Ameron’s love for empowering brides is flamed when she gets to let their own unique style shine through on their special day. Her boho chic accents make these looks even more elegant and beautiful in nature. Incorporate her sublime talent with her southern hospitality and you’ll be more than delighted to have Ameron as your stylist!
BREANNA
Breanna is an enterprising and passionate Mother who has found the balance between family and work. As an Aveda alum, Breanna spent a few years behind the chair at a top salon before realizing her dreams of being an artist on her own terms. On a wedding day, her primary goal is to see a bride feel that moment of beauty and confidence. Chic, glam and fresh styles energize her work with clients and provide those picture-perfect reveal moments.
BRIANA
Briana is a native of the heritage rich town of Maggie Valley, NC. She is proud of her country roots and resides in the Blue ridge Mountains with her husband and son. She is a trusted full time operations manager for a local company during the week. But on the weekends her 12 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist comes alive. Briana thrives on making sure her brides and parties feel especially beautiful on the most memorable of days, their wedding day. She gravitates toward styles that are effortless with a soft, boho flair.
BRITTANIE
With 10+ years of experience and the badge o being a licensed aesthetician, it’s no wonder why clients love Brittanie. Holistic health and having an active lifestyle are cornerstone qualities for this local Mommy of 4. Brittanie is a lover of styles that are clean, classic and timeless. Pair her raw ability with her notably generous nature, and you have one of the best bridal artists around.
CALEY
Caley’s southern roots are found in the quaint town of Burnsville, NC. Caley loves camping and spending time in the mountains she calls home. Being a full time dental assistant during the week makes Caley even more excited to pursue her true passion as a makeup artist for the Flawless team. Her precise attention to detail and fierce love of glam styles keep her motivated to give you just the look you are striving for!
CAROLINE
Caroline loves to connect and relate to the people around her. Combine this with an exceptional 16 years in the industry as a stylist and you’ll be sure to have your perfect look! Caroline prides herself on her sleek classic styles but can also create a style that has a creative and edgy vibe. She wants nothing more than to be sure her clients feel heard and are able to express their true selves with each look chosen. Caroline is native to Madison County, NC. In her spare time you will find her roaming the mountains on hikes with her husband, two beautiful children and her black lab, Layla.
EVELINA
Evelina is a longtime makeup lover who has turned a passion into an incredible talent which happens to be her job! Evelina is a gifted licensed aesthetician who loves all things beauty. Her knowledge of fashion and beauty is priceless. She loves to turn each look she’s asked to create into true art. Her clients leave her chair feeling more beautiful and confident than ever!
HALEY
Haley is a native of Leicester just outside Asheville and loves her mountainous roots. Haley has a handsome little boy that is the light of her life. Haley brings years of experience and training to the Flawless team, as well as a creative edge. Throughout her impressive career, she has constantly refined her method and techniques. Haley’s work is early recognizable from her touchable, loose waves to effortless up-do’s.
HAYDEN
Hayden has called the mountains of Western North Carolina her home all of her life, still living here with her husband and two kiddos! With her love for social media, Hayden posts all things beautiful for us on our social platforms. She is also very passionate about all things hair + makeup. You may even find her assisting in some of our events! In her free time, you can find her chasing littles, pulling their camper to the next adventure, and spending time with family!
KAITLYN
Kaitlyn is a sweet Mom of two, with some amazing vintage + boho flair! Her initial love of creating fun and curated styles for her friends, has overflowed in to a professional presence that perfectly suits her to bridal work. Kaitlyn brings an enjoyable personality and an expectation of client-wowing work to every event she is a part of.
KELLI
Kelli is a Haywood County native that loves spending time with family & friends With all the chaos that comes as a wife, a mom of two and working another full-time job, she enjoys being able to slow down and be creative. With 6+ years as a licensed cosmetologist she loves making sure the bride feels incredible on her wedding day. Kelli brings a genuine personality to the room and enjoys meeting new people while making you feel your best for your special occasion.
KELSEY
Kelsey is originally from Florida but has called these mountains home for most of her life. She is happily married and she and her husband, Brady are expecting their first beautiful baby in July 2022! The couple also has two fun loving dogs, a dachshund and a beagle. Kelsey has always had a true passion for makeup and the beauty industry. Pair her passion with the chance to give brides a memorable experience and you’ll have the perfect artist for your big day! She strives to complete beautiful looks that enhance the natural beauty of her brides so they feel like the best version of themselves on their day.
MEREDITH
Meredith is a loving mother of two adorable children. Her passion for the beauty industry has left her wanting nothing more than to complete the most beautiful of looks on each and every one of her clients. Meredith is a lover of truly timeless makeup styles as well as bold and fun looks she might be asked to create. She will not hesitate to go above and beyond for you on your big day!
