My name is Brittney, and I’m the owner / founder here at Flawless. These North Carolina mountains are where my husband, daughters, english setters and myself call home. The road to becoming the most sought after airbrush makeup and hair design team here in WNC has been both an exciting and enlightening one. My passion for all things beauty came during my time as Miss NC International 2011 and through personal experiences with professional artists. Being able to be on the other side of the “chair” gave me an invaluable glimpse in to the details of makeup artistry and hair design. From these experiences, I became inspired to change things about the industry that I found flawed…and instead make them flawless. Creating customized looks for women has shown me that beauty is not just skin deep, and self confidence is a multi-faceted issue for ladies everywhere. Having your hair and makeup done is more meaningful than just a having a pretty face, it’s creating connections with women that will support you when you’re not able to go on alone. As I put my team of professionals together, I decided to choose women who are empowering, talented and exude helpfulness. Amber is a native of Asheville, North Carolina not only does she love the Carolinas but she also enjoys exploring internationally. Her attention to detail led her into her career as a Dental Assistant. With many years of experience in the beauty industry her passion for all things beauty led her to pursue her desire to make each person she works with feel like a queen! Amber has a unique way of combining her career skills with the art of makeup that's sure to bring a smile to your face!
ANASTASIIA
Anastasiia is a passionate hair assistant with a deep love for wedding hairstyles. Inspired by the beauty and joy of bridal looks, she joined our team to pursue her dream of becoming a wedding hairstylist. There’s nothing more rewarding for her than witnessing a bride radiate happiness and beauty on her special day!
BRITTANIE
Brittanie is a licensed aesthetician with over 10 years of experience, combining her passion for holistic health and an active lifestyle as a dedicated mom of four. Her approach to beauty is rooted in clean, classic, and timeless, ensuring that every bride feels radiant on her special day. With her natural talent and generous spirit, Brittanie is committed to each client’s dreams come true.
CALEY
Caley is a dedicated professional who spends her days serving at the VA Medical Center, and weekends creating stunning looks for clients throughout the area. Her unique approach combines artistry with authenticity, making her the perfect choice for weddings, photoshoots, and everyday beauty needs. Outside of her makeup work, Caley enjoys quality time with her two dogs and fiancé, blending her passion for beauty with a love for family.

When she's not enhancing beauty, Gracie enjoys baking and cherishing time with her baby. Her family loves to embrace the great outdoors, and exploring the breathtaking mountains together.

Meet Haley, a passionate wedding hair stylist with Flawless for over 9 years. Specializing in romantic and bohemian styles, she crafts looks that are timeless, ensuring every bride feels like the most beautiful version of herself on her big. With a calm and relaxed approach, Haley creates a comforting atmosphere that allows everyone to feel confident and cared for. When she's not styling hair, she enjoys life at home with her husband, their sweet 4-year-old son, and three lively boy dogs, all of whom inspire her to bring beauty and joy to your special moment.

Meet Hayden, a lifelong resident of the stunning mountains of Western North Carolina. Living here with her husband and two kids, she has a deep passion for all things hair and makeup. You might even spot her lending a helping hand at some of our events. In her downtime, she loves chasing after her little ones, towing their camper on new adventures, and cherishing moments with family.

Jayden was born and raised in beautiful Western North Carolina, and is currently preparing to welcome a baby boy in September. She finds being part of the wedding industry a gift- She loves helping women feel confident, radiant, and truly themselves on one of the most important days of their lives. Outside of styling hair, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, and living life with intention, guided by her faith. She finds it an honor to serve brides during such a meaningful season, and she looks forward to being part of your special day!
KELLSIE
Kellsie is from the coast of South Carolina and has laid down roots in Weaverville, North Carolina. She is a seasoned hairstylist of 17 years and has been doing solely weddings and special events for the past 8 years across Western North Carolina. Hair styling is her form of art and she takes great pride in what she does, putting amazing detail, precision, and love into each style. She loves connecting with others and making people feel good inside and out on their big day. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter, and loves to be in nature whenever possible. She enjoys the great outdoors, dancing, music, singing, and laughing. She carries her bubbly spirit everywhere she goes.

Madison is a professional bridal makeup artist with eight years of experience. She was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, and has had the privilege of working with hundreds of brides helping them feel confident, radiant, and beautiful on their wedding day. She brings a calm, polished, and detail oriented approach to every client experience, tailored to each bride's unique style. Whether the vision is classic, modern, or somewhere in between, she is passionate about making it come to life.
MADISON
Madison is a licensed cosmetologist originally from Greenville, SC, and she has a passion for creating timeless, personalized styles for every client. She loves working with all hair textures and making sure each person feels confident and beautiful. Styling is more than a job to her- it's a creative outlet and an honor to be part of such special moments. Whether it's your wedding day or another big event, she is here to help you feel your absolute best.

Madisyn was born and raised in Canton, NC. She has been apart of over 300 weddings, bringing calm energy and a helping hand to every event. As an assistant in both hair and makeup, she loves being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes each day unforgettable. She loves watching the joy unfold as each bridal party gets pampered and picture ready.
MARITZA
Maritza, a dedicated makeup assistant, has been enchanted by the mountains her entire life. Working with Flawless, she pours her passion into every makeup session, ensuring that each person who sits in her chair feels and looks their absolute best Her commitment to enhancing natural beauty shines through in her work, creating experiences for all her clients.
MEREDITH
Meredith, a self-taught makeup artist with over 5 years of experience on the Flawless team. Her journey began as a little girl, captivated by the sight of her mom applying mascara. Now, she spends her weekends transforming brides into stunning versions of themselves, whether it’s soft glam or full glam. Balancing a full-time role as a treatment coordinator in an orthodontic office and her passion for makeup, Meredith finds joy in her craft while raising three kids with her husband.
REBEKAH
Rebekah has dedicated the last 7 years to being a bridal stylist, but her love for hair has been a lifelong journey. She takes great pride in helping you achieve your dream hairstyle, ensuring that your wedding day be nothing short of magical. Being a part of your special day brings her immense joy, and she looks forward to making your vision come to life!
SYDNEY
Sydney is a Asheville native and a mom of two boys. She discovered her passion for makeup artistry at a young age through competitive dancing. After graduation, she went on to work for Estée Lauder and also had the experience of doing makeup for a New York fashion week in 2016 through the Academy of Freelance Makeup. This amazing journey has brought her to Flawless and her love for airbrush and all things bridal!
